The heavy-duty thermoset powder solution.
Depending on the end product, rust and corrosion can occur. Corrosion is due to a chemical reaction between metal and its environment, causing changes in the metal’s properties which often damage the metal. Coating the product with a durable anti-corrosion system is a very important part to ensure a long-lasting product.
HD-KOTE is a polyester-based one-coat system with superior corrosion properties. It forms a physical barrier between the metal substrate and the atmosphere which contains moisture, the main cause of corrosion.
