Loes est un important formulateur sur mesure de plastisol PVC et de produits connexes, au service de clients de divers secteurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une vaste gamme de rev\u00eatements avanc\u00e9s \u00e0 base de plastisol. Cette acquisition, effective le <strong>5 septembre 2025<\/strong>, marque une \u00e9tape importante dans la strat\u00e9gie continue de croissance et de diversification de Protech. Protech pr\u00e9voit de tirer parti des solides relations d\u2019affaires que Loes Enterprises a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es au fil des ann\u00e9es avec sa client\u00e8le.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De plus, les activit\u00e9s de fabrication de Loes seront int\u00e9gr\u00e9es \u00e0 <strong>Chemionics (la division des mat\u00e9riaux sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s du Groupe Protech)<\/strong>, situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Tallmadge, dans l&rsquo;Ohio.
