The versatile thermoplastic solution.
POLYARMOR® is the Protech Group’s multi-purpose line of thermoplastic powder coatings. These powders are formulated to provide maximum mechanical properties, superb impact resistance and excellent UV protection. When properly applied, POLYARMOR® powders furnish a functionalized thermoplastic protective coating that requires no primer and no cure time.
POLYARMOR® powders can be applied by either electrostatic spray or fluidized bed and are available in a wide range of colors and textures to meet a broad range of applications. They are the ideal coating solution for outdoor furniture, bike racks, playground installations, sports equipment, hand railings, fencing, oil and gas pipelines and many others.
How does it work?
POLYARMOR® can be formulated as either functionalized polyethylene copolymer for a flexible, tough, and highly durable plastic coating. It can be applied by fluidized bed, electrostatic spray, flame spray, or extrusion.
