DURAVIN is a multi-purpose, fluidized bed grade PVC thermoplastic powder coating. DURAVIN is formulated to meet the performance requirements of indoor, outdoor, and appliance applications while delivering the maximum economic benefits. To minimize environmental impact, DURAVIN powders are available in low-smoke technology for processing purposes. DURAVIN can be formulated to enhanced flexibility and hardness. It can either be used as an encapsulation coating or adheres to an initial liquid primer coat.

DURAVIN properties demonstrate remarkable resistance to long-term exposure to salt spray, UV and chemicals. Correctly applied with a liquid primer, DURAVIN thermoplastic powder coatings on a pre-treated substrate show excellent salt spray resistance, with no effects after 500 hours of exposure and minimal undercutting after 1,000 hours. The product features high film strength, elasticity, and surface hardness, and can be customized in colors and finishes to meet specific application needs.
