Anti-skid, anti-slip, or non-slip are often used interchangeably to describe the same coating performance feature. The Protech Group anti-slip coatings are specialized, performance-featured coatings with the primary function of creating a non-slip surface that prevents accidents caused by slipping. They feature a distinct, textured, matte sandtex surface finish, which provides a high coefficient of friction (COF) greater than 0.3, resulting in excellent traction. Skid resistance has been evaluated using the inclined plane method in accordance with ASTM D4518 standards. The coating exhibits exceptional wear and rub resistance, as well as good outdoor durability.
