Latex dipping uses natural rubber (NATLEX) or synthetic polymers (SYNLEX) such as nitrile or neoprene to create flexible, seamless films through immersion and curing. These formulations are designed to form strong, elastic coatings that conform closely to the shape of the mold or object, providing excellent stretchability and durability.
This process is commonly used to produce gloves, balloons, medical devices, tool grips, and protective coverings. Latex dipping enables the formation of consistent, high-performance films—even over complex shapes and fine details—making it a preferred method for manufacturing precision-molded products that require comfort, protection, and resilience.
