Plastisol laminating coatings are heat-activated systems designed to create strong, flexible bonds for durable, multi-layer applications. The vinyl-based formulation offers excellent adhesion and forms a resilient, uniform film after thermal curing at 150–200°C. It resists peeling, delamination, and cracking, even under repeated flexing, making it ideal for demanding applications that require long-term durability and mechanical integrity.

These coatings can be applied as a surface layer, dip saturant, or adhesive to bond fabrics, textiles, foams, nonwovens, films, and rigid substrates. Compatible with gravure, reverse roll, knife-over-roll, and immersion techniques, plastisol laminating systems offer process flexibility across various manufacturing setups.
