Vinyl wash primers are high-performance, reactive metal treatments designed to promote strong adhesion and corrosion resistance on steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum surfaces. These primers chemically bond to the substrate, creating an ideal foundation for subsequent coating layers. They are especially effective in demanding environments where long-term exposure to moisture, UV radiation, and other harsh conditions can cause degradation of untreated metal surfaces.

The VS Series is formulated for use in multi-coat systems. Vinyl wash primers enhance the durability and performance of topcoats by improving interlayer adhesion and minimizing the risk of delamination. Their excellent corrosion resistance makes them well-suited for outdoor and industrial applications, extending the life of metal components while ensuring a smooth, uniform finish.
