On December 30^th, 2021, The Protech Group officially acquired the specialty materials business of Dyvex Industries. Dyvex Industries is based in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, USA.

Dyvex Industries earns global recognition for its advanced plastic compounds used in fragrance, flavor, and odor control applications. Its two flagship technologies – Polyessence® and IonicGuard®- have set the standard in scent delivery and malodor neutralization:

Polyessence® delivers dry-to-the-touch plastic pellets infused with custom solid fragrances and flavor concentrates.
IonicGuard® offers powerful odor control by neutralizing properties through proprietary ingredients that bond with malodor molecules at a chemical level.
