The Protech Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the coatings business and assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings, based in Fayetteville, Tennessee. Caldwell is a well-known name in liquid industrial coatings, with a strong reputation for quality specialty products and excellent service to its clients. Furthermore, this acquisition strengthens The Protech Group’s presence in the industrial coatings market and reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative coating solutions to customers.
Caldwell is a well-recognized name in liquid industrial coatings. Over the years, it has also been providing quality specialty products and excellent service to its clients. Caldwell’s principal, Rob Caldwell, said: “We are looking forward to joining the Protech family to grow the liquid business together. We are excited about the products and capabilities that Protech can offer our long-standing customers”.
Protech also expects to benefit from the excellent business relationships that Caldwell has developed with its customers over the years. Protech will maintain manufacturing operations in Fayetteville, TN. Current Caldwell customers will continue to be able to obtain the industrial coatings they currently purchase. Furthermore, they now have access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technologies.
