Wheels - Rims

EF33-S is a specialized epoxy primer offering smoothness, leveling, and strong corrosion protection in “Window Gray” and “Jet Black.” PE60 is a high-gloss polyester clear coat for interior and exterior use, providing a sleek finish and excellent clarity.

Wheels - Brake Calipers

Brake calipers need protection from DOT 4 brake fluids. Our advanced polyester coatings, MS221N15 and MS221R3, provide excellent chemical resistance, meet automotive weather durability standards, and feature effective degassing properties.

Car Body - Primers

PUW3422 (white) & PUA5204 (light gray) are OEM-approved primers from an IATF 16949-certified factory. They provide excellent weather resistance and consistent quality, achieved through a selective grinding process for smoother application.

Under-the-Hood - Elements

EF-SERIES functional epoxy powder coatings offer excellent corrosion protection and chemical resistance for long-lasting durability. They are ideal for underbody components like springs, rebars, torsion bar suspensions, towing bars, and handbrakes.

Under-the-Hood - Cast Parts

ES542N49 and ET442N2 are modified epoxy powder coatings designed for magnesium and aluminum cast parts, featuring degassing properties and excellent corrosion resistance. They are Meridian-approved, ensuring their performance and reliability.

Under-the-Hood - Steel Frames

Our UV-resistant polyester and epoxy-polyester powder coatings are designed for indoor automotive parts, such as door and motor frames. They offer a durable finish that improves longevity and aesthetics while protecting surfaces from wear.

E-Battery - EV Elements

EF70 is a specialized epoxy powder coating designed for exceptional electrical insulation of components like rotors, stators, copper bars, and wires. It enhances performance and durability in various applications by effectively insulating each component.

E-Battery - Cooling Elements

EF10 is a functional epoxy powder coating for battery cooling components. It effectively dissipates heat, maintains optimal temperatures, enhances cooling efficiency, and improves the longevity and reliability of battery systems by preventing overheating.

E-Battery - Housing

EF80 is a durable epoxy powder coating that protects steel containers, such as battery housings, from harsh chemicals. It can be applied through dipping or electrostatic spraying, with preheating improving layer thickness and insulation.

Trims

Z-SERIES is a super-durable polyester powder coating range that provides excellent UV resistance and a good flow-out for a high-quality finish. The Z-SERIES is suited for steel or aluminum parts, such as windscreen wipers and roof elements.

AVD Primer

EF76 is an epoxy primer for Aluminum Vacuum Deposition (AVD) that ensures excellent flow-out and strong adhesion to metallization. It delivers a smooth finish, enhancing aesthetics and light reflection for both functional and attractive applications.
