Low Bake. High Performance.

LB-SERIES is Protech’s range of low-bake powder coatings designed to reduce curing temperatures and/or curing times, helping manufacturers lower energy consumption, shorten production cycles, and improve overall productivity and sustainability. With curing temperatures of 160°C and, for selected products, as low as 140°C, LB-SERIES can also improve processing efficiency for thicker substrates by enabling full cure in less time.

LB-SERIES delivers performance comparable to conventional-curing formulations while providing greater flexibility and energy efficiency. Selected products carry QUALICOAT, QUALISTEELCOAT, or GSB approvals, including PE40 .AG, a unique low-bake outgassing polyester coating carrying all three approvals. Low-bake technology is available across nearly all Protech product lines and a wide range of finishes, providing versatile solutions for diverse industrial and architectural applications. Protech continues to expand this technology to meet evolving performance, efficiency, and sustainability requirements.
