Bonded Metallic Thermoset Powder Coating
Overview

Consistent Shine. Bonded Excellence. Premium Metallics.

E-Bond+ represents the next generation of bonded metallic powder coatings, built on an optimized bonding process developed by The Protech Group. This 2nd-generation technology is performed as a distinct, controlled step in the manufacturing process, in which metallic or special-effect pigments are thermally fused to a high-performance base powder. With precise control of temperature and dwell time, E-Bond+ ensures superior pigment adhesion, improved fluidization, and enhanced overall product uniformity.

The result is greater color consistency, more stable application, and reliable performance across demanding environments. By minimizing pigment separation, E-Bond+ enables controlled reclaim of metallic powders, reduces segregation during storage and handling, and delivers a more uniform finish from part to part. This optimized process ultimately enhances coating quality, durability, and efficiency—helping reduce waste while achieving premium metallic aesthetics.
