The Protech Group is pleased to announce that it has acquired the coatings business and also the assets of Caldwell Chemical Coatings, based in Fayetteville, Tennessee. This acquisition strengthens Protech Group’s presence in the industrial coatings market.
Caldwell is a well-recognized name in liquid industrial coatings. Also, it has been providing quality specialty products and excellent service to its clients for many years. Caldwell’s principle, Rob Caldwell said: “We are looking forward to joining the Protech family to grow the liquid business together. We are excited about the products and capabilities that Protech can offer our long-standing customers”.
Protech also expects to benefit from the excellent business relationships that Caldwell has developed with its customers over the years. Protech will maintain manufacturing operations in Fayetteville, TN. Current Caldwell customers will continue to be able to obtain the industrial coatings they currently purchase. Furthermore, they now have access to Protech’s worldwide network of products and technologies.
