The Protech Group is excited to announce the acquisition of Loes Enterprises, Inc., based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Loes is a prominent custom compounder of PVC plastisol and related products, serving customers across industries with a variety of advanced coatings made from plastisol. This acquisition, effective September 5, 2025, marks a significant advancement in our ongoing growth and diversification strategy. Protech anticipates leveraging the strong business relationships that Loes Enterprises has cultivated over the years with its clients.
Additionally, Loes’ manufacturing operations will be integrated into Chemionics (Specialty Material Division of the Protech Group), located in Tallmadge, Ohio. This site specializes in bespoke formulations, including plastisol coatings, and Latex; these were acquired in 2017.
