As of June 4th, 2021, the Protech Group has acquired the industrial liquid coating business of Excalibur Paints & Coatings Ltd. This business is based in Wichita Falls, Texas, USA.
With over 20 years of experience, Excalibur Paints & Coatings Ltd. has built a strong reputation for developing protective, environmentally friendly coatings. In addition, its comprehensive product range includes epoxy systems, alkyd coatings, corrosion-inhibitive primers, polyurethanes, and chemical-resistant linings. Consequently, each solution is engineered to meet the rigorous technical requirements of industrial clients.
As part of this integration, the Protech Group will incorporate its full product line into its industrial liquid coatings portfolio. At the same time, Protech will relocate all manufacturing equipment to existing Protech Group facilities across the United States. This will ensure continuity and operational efficiency.
