On September 11, 2020, the Protech Group acquired ACG Industries’ powder coating division in France, further strengthening its presence in the European market. This step was a major milestone in expanding our operations across the continent. This strategic acquisition expanded Protech’s manufacturing capabilities and customer reach across the region while adding valuable expertise in coating technologies.
The acquisition included the full line of powder-coating manufacturing equipment. Production sites across Europe. Meanwhile, ACG Industries successfully reassigned the coatings unit team to other roles within the organization.
