On September 11, 2020, the Protech Group acquired ACG Industries’ powder coating division in France. This reinforced its presence in the European powder-coating market.
The acquisition included the full line of powder-coating manufacturing equipment. This equipment has since been relocated to Protech Group’s existing production sites across Europe. While the equipment changed hands, the team previously working in the coatings unit was successfully repositioned within ACG Industries.
